You can get a character from nothing to Command Centre Upgrades IV and Interplanetary Consolidation IV in less time than it takes to get a character from IV - V in those same skills. Just food for thought.

All contracts are always 100% accurate, but your reading of them may well not be. See the "I'm leaving the game, I'll trade you all my ISK for 1 unit of Tritanium" scam for a nice example.
